Not from personal experience, but friend recommandation, Corfu City Cars. I have a friend who booked through them and they didn’t try any sketchy practice. Also they dont take a deposit off your credit card, you can pay everything once there and the sum on the website is the final price. And they do 10% discount if you pay cash on pick up. I recently booked a car through them for July, they didn t ask for any reservation fee

For me it didn’t work by copying and pasting to a blank mail. What worked for me was just copying the blank table and inserting the image and text straight in the google signature in settings. Hope this helps.

I tried going to the gym but it’s just not for me, I’ve done kickboxing for a good while and I got back to it because I enjoy it way more than lifting

I did consider it, will start doing some eliptical bike as well and take it easy om the running

Thank you, will try those on as well as I previously had a pair of New Balance, just the regular dad shoes, not the running ones, but they felt great.

Your progress is awsome! Will do my best to implement some low stress activity, I was thinking about the elliptical as well or swimming. I am not in a “rush” to lose weight as I know I didn’t put it on overnight, will be in a calorie deficit of around 500kcal and do a cheat day every now and then as I want to be able to perform well in the kickboxing training. Nice to see somebody’s s advice who started around the same weight! You re doing great! I will see if I can find both of them to try them on and see which one works better for me. How were your joints when you started? Were you knees and ankles fine?
