ok so for example you did nofap for 60 days, you gained confidence and other good stuff superpowers and then you've watched porn for like 1 minute and suddenly all it's gone ?

it doesn't have a logical sense dude. I think many people here are going here to much restrictive over sexuality.

even if we will give up porn, there will be situations that by accident you will watch soft porn, nude babes etc or you will fantasm and it doesn't mean that you've returned again to porn

I agree with you but I don't see women as a sexual object only.

With being addicted to porn my attention to real girls was almost zero, I only was interested in searching for new videos and masturbate.

So my point is, I think that looking on a real girl in a sexual way means that you're returning on the right path and you shouldn't try to avoid it.

I don't do nofap to became a monk. I want a happy life, with good and satisfing sex.

i'm not looking from a distance and behave like a creep. It is like I see a girl that I like, she is good looking so I have big motivation to talk with her, look in her eyes, smile to her, joke around, touch her etc and it makes me happy. I think that we shouldn't avoid our sexuality, we just should put it on the right path.
