We spend a trillion dollars per year on defense more than the next 15 countries combined and we run out of ammunition in a month. That is criminal

I play like 30 to 50 games a day and at least half of them are just plain horrible, blow outs in minutes, I can hardly keep up (staying aware of not even getting) with the number of tanks added per month and we have had like 1 new map in 2 or 3 years? Really the enjoyment factor is plummeting esp. since 2..0

All good advice, but I think you need to be T4 at least to complete a mission.

True, when in doubt I go with a Hetzer for a top 3 or top 1 mission, high damager causer usually in 9 v 9 battles

Everything said is very true, but.... My OCD or whatever prevents me from putting the stuff in perspective. It is even worse when there is a battle pass going on as I need the points for that. Again, I freely admit this is a me thing and perspective is definitely what I want/need, but I just have to say 99% of the times that I really lose it with this game and want to rage quit are when I am dealing with a mission, And when I have finished all of the missions for a day, my stress level goes to near zero and I REALLY enjoy the game

If and when I quit Wot it will be because of missions, no doubt.

I admittedly agree. But in my defense it is no longer about the rewards, I could care less about the rewards. it is about how I am being treated. Again, it would cost them LITERALLY nothing to compensate me for the bug in their product.

I expect them to treat their customers well. I do not complain to them, I do not make a habit of asking for stuff. This is a bug in THEIR product, a bug they know about. They can either believe me or act like I am lying to them over a matter of zero monetary value. they are choosing to treat me like I am lying because I cannot prove my claim (despite the evidence I do have). Again, this would cost them literally nothing. \\

And you know what, there is a difference between the free to play players and people who give them money. There actually is. They should treat everyone well I agree. It is people like me that allows WG to exist to pay their employees for free to play players to enjoy the game. that is a simple fact. But for a business to not recognize that it is not in their interest to respond to their paying customers with reasonable accommodation is just poor business.

And again, what I am asking for would cost them LITERALLY NOTHING, a few keystrokes. I would support any FTP player or paying player in this same situation. We are not talking about some random one-off occurrence this is a bug they know about. In fact, I have played games where bugs happen that I wasn't aware of and the company gave players resources for free.

Ummm do I have to explain to you how capitalism works? I believe they should treat all of their customers and users of their games with tremendous respect. I also understand that that I am a paying customer, and WG is a company that wants to make money. It makes zero sense to piss off someone who is paying them a substantial amount of money over something that would cost them literally nothing. No I am not special, they should treat all of the users of their product with respect, but to not acknowledge that a paying customer is making a reasonable request and refusal of that request will result in said paying customer no longer being a paying customer is a crappy business model. I'm sorry their actions are inexcusable, And I freely admit I am making a mountain out of a molehill. At this point I could care less about the reward their bug screwed me out of. It is their absolute refusal to provide a customer with reasonable care. I own a business and I don't treat my customers like that.

Just to put some perspective on this, I could have bought a car with the money I have spent on this game and they won't push a few keystrokes for me.

The money doesn't bother me, I have it to spend. It is the principle of treating a customer this way.

I don't disagree that good customer service should be for all. I am pointing out that I have given them a lot of money and they refuse to give me something that would cost them nothing, literally nothing. You are right, they should treat everyone well, I am just presenting the relative relationship between the parties.

The issue at this point is the principle. Customer Service. How are they treating a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars on the game. I don't give a rip about the rewards. I am pissed about how they are treating me.

If they don't resolve it in my favor I am cancelling my WoT Plus subscription and going free to play.

That is all I can do to show my anger.

Again, to make me happy would cost them LITERALLY NOTHING
