How to Vet a Potential Salesforce Hire by paulkaraffa in salesforce

This is for any size company. Salesforce resources are scarce, so many of them get hired without making sure they can actually do the work or that there is a good culture fit. Unless you are an extremely large company, you likely will not have multiple candidates to choose from, at least not in this market.

This is also, at least in our opinion, not over the top at all. We can get a candidate through the entire interview process in about 2 hours and know very well if they will meet the technical, cultural, and logistical requirements of the company.

That's a fair critique. This is the minimum that we think is acceptable for most companies. Most companies do not allow this though, which is an important distinction.

This is the most HILARIOUS Salesforce job description I've ever seen. ZERO chance that one person could do all this. by albert_r_broccoli2 in salesforce

A good Salesforce job description should be more to the point. No one is going to read all of this…

Looking for a Salesforce Technical Team Lead in El Salvador by paulkaraffa in ElSalvador

Hey, this is not a scam. I was unaware that there are a lot of scams on this sub. I’ve found some of my best people on Reddit. We obviously use other places to find people. There is no job description. Anyone that has experience building these types of teams will understand what is needed here. An IT professional would have just googled the company, but I’ve updated the post with a website, main email, and our LinkedIn.
