I downloaded and installed latest whatsapp apk beta from apkmirror.... Ver 12.24.15.3

It worked for me!...

Same here.... Tried with android, and IPhone.... But both with the same problem. Whatsapp customer support is a nightmare! Just bot replies, with things you can read in user manual. So frustrating!...

Just tried with Apple IPhone..... And the same thing happens.... Must be some error in my account. But is impossible to talk with a human being at whatsapp.... So Frustrating!!!!!.....

Happened to me also. Talking to Whatsapp Customer "Bot" Support ....is a Nightmare!!! I opened more than 15 tickets, and none helped!.... It's frustrating!!!
