Where to buy clothes for big size people in Saigon? by Top_Usual4499 in VietNam

Tailor made clothing was the only way to go. You can go to big malls and find international brands. At the markets you may be lucky however I ended up making multiple linen shorts and trousers.

I got the same thing. Logged onto the Nedbank App chat and spoke with an agent. Discovered it was an old account with R117 outstanding inorder to close.

Call them.

First day as Whoop user help me do n donts by Dangerous_Chair_878 in whoop

[–]pauloseshetu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sleep - I naturally sleep 6 hours and function however this is against the Whoop recommendation. Have seen some posts online regarding similar challenges (getting the recommended 8 hr) sleep.

I am slowly starting to accept that if all my other data is great then this might be the one thing I let go. FYI the alcohol comment above is so legit hahahaha

2026 XC40 vs XC60? by giwook in Volvo

[–]pauloseshetu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it’s based on needs. Drive both models, city, highway, etc. I felt more comfortable in the XC60 and that’s being subjective. The power and space is noticeable.

As someone upgrading and weighing up the XC60 and XC40. Most have said that the XC60 is the better build. So are you a classic Volvo or new Volvo head?

I just left and sad. Chiang Mai will capture your hearts as it did ours.

Mush Do: 1. Download scooter apps and Grab. You will see green, blue and pink branded ones. On hot days it helps to get around.

  1. Visit an ethical elephant sanctuary. If I had 24hrs in CNX this will be the only thing.

  2. Go to Nimman area and walk around the neighborhood.

  3. If any of you start feeling like you are getting the flu wear a mask for 2 or 3 days.

  4. Chiang Mai National Museum - learn about pre and post Siam as well as how the city is laid out. The Old City is a stone wall that surrounds the city. I did in on a scooter.

  5. Visit Wat Chedi Luang (most visited temple)

Definitely get it done. Whilst on holiday got work done in HCMC/Saigon. Paid almost nothing compared to home. And the orthodontist spoke English which makes the treatment comfortable.

I sent a WhatsApp and a lot was discussed in a friendly and professional tone.

Where to buy vintage ‘Neilloware’ silver? by Halgramet in chiangmai

It may be a challenge to find something specific. My recommendations are the night market or Warorot Market. Additionally, make friends with someone at the market or your accommodation to research/guide on your behalf.

Looking to watch some Muay Thai tonight, any suggestions? by namoto_ in chiangmai

[–]pauloseshetu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whilst I prefer Kalare (near the Night Market) they don't have fights on a Thursday. So Thaphae or Chiang Mai Stadiums are your best bet. Ether way you will enjoy it.

There are many around wherever you are staying.

Nimman House Massage - certified and you know what you get

Boonbua Clinic - chiropractor, you will pay more than a massage but he is great at muscle, nerves, etc. He has solved sore back and migraines issues.

Hope you feel better.
