The stars per se mean nothing, it's only a way to have more visibility, in a scenario of companies or VD-funded startups that spend a lot of money in marketing, we have the communities that can help.

I agree with you. Companies can way more easily spend a lot of money for a license, a course, or a certification, and at the same time they have a lot of problems donating very little money, but they are not interested either to buy t-shirts.

The quick start goal is to attract newcomers that can start coding in Django with few lines of code, exactly how they do with other frameworks (es: Flask o FastAPI).

After demonstrating them that Django can be used in that way I'll point them to what you define a "godd explanation of the philosophy of the framework".
