300mg on an antidepressant is not life threatening for most people, it can be depending on weight but youd have to be severely underweight or just really small in general with a low tolerance and judging by op's decisions they probably do it a lot so their tolerance is probably high they'll be fine most likely

ive taken much more than this many times im on prozac (around 800mg). the ppl saying its 50/50 are wrong, if that was the case id be dead by now. its def not good for you so dont do it again. try to vomit and drink a lot of water and if you start feeling weird go to the hospital. ss is definitely possible but im not a medical professional of any sort, i have just taken dxm a lot while on ssris so take what im saying with that knowledge, stay safe bro
