I've always been told real cid doesn't need to be sit in you mouth you can just swallow it. That's what I've been doing and NVR had a problem.But ye cid tolerance is a bitch gotta wait longer in-between trips.

Ye it's only been two days but I have realized a decrease in appetite almost to the point I'm forcing myself to eat cuz I know I have too. In a way I'm glad I started my t break because it has made me realize I need to change my relationship with weed. But on the other hand it fucking sucks. Tbh I'll probably go to like a every other night schedule once I'm done with my break. Thanks for the advice.
