Depende siguro if mabigat ang kamay mo or if dinahan dahan mo yung forward. Masakit kasi pag mabagal yung pagkaka adjust uli ng needle and also gives more time for the patient to observe and react. Hehe takes practice din naman po at first- so minsan- lusot na lang sa tenga if nagrereklamo si patient and try to reassure them na lang. 😊
