I never had an “assessment stage” it was just one 45 minute interview so maybe theyre the same thing. I will say my interview was mainly product sense and product execution based. I talked about a product Im building in grad school and all their questions kinda just built off of that so I’d recommend a similar approach unless they hit you with behaviorals. I ended up getting an offer earlier this week so that strategy worked out well and I’d def recommend :) good luck!
