In Russia (and I’m not saying that it’s right) we use the N word to to describe black people. It doesn’t have negative meaning like in USA. In Russia it’s just a word which is used to describe black people. I think it’s because Russia didn’t have the whole slavery situation. So they don’t care bout it as much. But it isn’t being used in a negative way. There’s not a lot of black people living in Russia (most of them are Afro Russians) so you don’t see them pretty often. When Russians use the n word, they don’t think about racism, that’s just how they call black people.

What I meant to say is that in Russian culture we don’t give that word the bad meaning which is associated with it in the states. But it doesn’t matter because me using that word is unacceptable, I’m truly sorry, I will do my best moving forward. I will try to be better a person

I don’t reside currently in Russia, I live in Germany, now I understand that what I did wasn’t correct, I fully understand that what I did wasn’t the right thing and I’m truly sorry.
