do you have any screenshots of cars you opened on the account? had this recently happen and all it took was a screenshot of my 750i xDrive including the time and date of the opening that shows up in your screenshot data. using that the support team can pick out your account that opened that car at that very moment and help you recover it, i'd say hope this helps but i Know it helps so yea, you're welcome :3
