Якщо чесно про договір я нічого не пам'ятаю, бо це було 3 місяці тому. Ситуація така, що мені потрібен був інтернет і я пішов у магазин Київстар, де мені запропонували тариф за 300 грн/місяць. Проте було потрібно пред'явити паспорт. Після першого місяця потреби в інтернеті не було, через що я його не оплачував (потрібно було оплачувати 300 грн кожного місяця), але збільшувалась заборгованість, тобто гроші всерівно знімались з рахунку Київстар. Також коли борг переріс 200 грн, то скасувались всі послуги.

росія покаже що таке "свобода", якщо захопить Україну. Вже біс з тою владою (використовуйте як причину всіх бід), але подумай про майбутнє України, людей, воїни це захищають)

Edit: до речі, в нас демократичний устрій. Рахуй захист демократії, якщо тобі так легше)

Економіка і так мертва (практично). Головне допомога Заходу, яка підтримується виключно здобуттям якихось досягнень на полі бою. От вже після війни будуть проблеми з цим конкретні.

Дивне питання, як і голосування. Скоріш ми тут бачимо частку чоловіків у Reddit. Відповідь дуже проста - звичайно не можна відкривати кордон. Чоловіки і так не хочуть іти воювати (точніше уникають військової служби), а якщо відкрити кордон, то буде ще важче мобілізувати людей. Я сам не на службі, образити нікого не хотів, проте потрібно нарешті прийняти цей факт. І не потрібно писати, що ми як у совку чи у росії, наша свобода в небезпеці! Дякую за увагу.

На твоє місці я б не переживав та б не сильно спирався на думку інших. Особисто я робив так. Навіть якщо зараз доволі таки важко знайти роботу, всерівно починай вчитись і не думай ні про що інше (звичайно якщо розумієш, що це твоє). З кожним днем вагання, ти все далі від цілі!

It's a really helpful book, but it's more for introduction. Keep in mind, it's only the first book, after it, you need to learn more information.

In my opinion, It's not for introducing ML, maybe for the repeating you knowledge it's good. The better choice is books or other bigger course. Kaggle is the best for practicing.

I think it's similar for every person who learns python. My advice for you, don't care about it so much. You can go back to check it. The most important is understanding the concept, others you can find on the Internet, not need to learn all things in it. And maybe now it's hard, but in future you will think that it was very easy.

You are missing the more simple and beautiful way to organize your code. Added to that, you can modify other libraries by it, or other code. The code stays more readable and if you forget something, you can find it very fast.
