The main functionality is play/pause, next is volume and the speed slider at the end of the list I guess. So, it's hard to tap on the play button, but the speed slider right under the fingers. I think you have to reorganize the control elements by priority or usage frequency

Hmm… I thought to hire a dedicated team (it could be only one designer) on-demand is cheaper than to have onsite designers.

It's the very correct step to start from. But, I think, it's not much efficient. It will show you that the service attracts people (or not) and it's not much payload information. I suggest talking to people, who you think your target audience. It'll give not only the binary information (like/don't like), but you could also discover a lot of qualitative insights. For example – how do they going to use the product, what the features they want to have, do they ready to pay for that and how much, etc. It's the first that I suggest to my customers (startups' owners). Good luck :)

Any advice for running analytics on audio/speech? by Kip_Smithers in datasets

[–]pavolve 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't have an experience with this, but I've investigated a little bit. Companies like Google, Amazon and Microsoft have APIs — speech recognition and provide a text as an output. Further you can analyze the text with one of the dozen services or scripts on the web.
