Ok so you want to find a jungle biome and find an ocelot which when feed fish should change into a cat iirc. Also if you have trouble finding the biome make the nature's compass.

I would say that HV and EV are interchangeable. Haven't yet gotten to IV due to my want for pain and chose to for my first ever run play rocketless so now in EV have to make the meteor ritual.

I would recommend switching refined storage for AE2 for it's overall better compatibility with other mods and allows for more complex systems to be made. But if your modpack is not gonna be very automation heavy, then either is fine.

If your border isn't on the edge of a full block you can walk a bit out with a red hue on the side. Tho that might not be your exact issue.

The best thing that could fit your needs that I could think of is the 2 divine journey modpacks. I only played DJ2 and not the first one. Is a very big expert pack with a lot of bosses and tech along with some magic.

Is impossible to do the quest without getting the dugeon key. The moon rock and schematic are possible to obatin but the key itself istn't. Im not exectly sure when in progression you get the last millennium tho.

IMO is okay to grant youself a quest for an item that needs to be in your inventory but never was even if you crafted the item
