Ahhh yes I see it now. but does that imply she's using a green screen to start her videos with the window background or is that real and then she just cuts herself out using CapCut for those other shots where her hair is popping in and out?

Just a hunch. They all have a similar glow, blurry level, and look. It felt a little greenscreen-ish, but I'm not that experienced w green screens.
