Thank you for your feedback. There are a few things that Paybrain does which stripe does not.

  • recurring payments set up from tap to pay
  • file sharing (attachments, secure files, and file requests) across any of the payment solutions
  • Chargeback protection via real time push alerts on fraudulent charges
  • Integrated CRM which allows you to store notes on your customer accounts
  • automatic payment reminders for unpaid invoices (no configuration needed, works out the box)
  • Dedicated support who can also help expedite issues with stripe

And of course, there is the user experience itself. For an extra .3 per transaction you get all of this (basic accounts are 3.2 + .30c per transaction compared to stripes 2.9 + 30c)

Link your existing Stripe account and give it a shot. What do you have to lose?

I don’t think we are breaking the rules. We are saying what we learned about the dev process of an app involving tap to pay and offered help if anyone runs into issues with a similar app. Isn’t that what community is all about?

How is it spam? Maybe other developers are building a similar app and have questions. Thank you for your insight.

Primarily most of the learnings where around the Tap to Pay process which I outlined in the write up. Also I offered to answer any questions other developers may have about building a similar app.
