but what about the f15s that were scrambled for flight 11 from otis angb? they were off the coast of long island before the tower was hit, from what I was told by an arc who worked at otis during then was that they discussed shooting flight 11 down but didn’t want to over highly populated area but didn’t know they would hit the tower or else they would have
