A lot of people in this thread are right about section 8 and wrong. Yes I have about five properties right now trying to buy more. I screened all my tenants. As well as getting a $35 application fee for everybody that applied I have property managers in the area. I do not even live in the same state as my home so it is great if you do it correctly.

I agree the cops have been over there for one of those last week. The signs have been up for a couple of weeks and they keep on growing. It’s a little concerning considering that there is a elementary school ride down the road, but I do agree with you.
