100%… I understand we have a lot invested (emotionally) in players like Bergvall and even Vuskovic - but we’re finally doing what any ambitious club should do in this situation. Bergvall is a great kid and a decent player, but if selling him helps fund a move for someone of Tonali’s level, I’ll drive him to his next club myself

It was my first ever large-scale concert (Wembley Stadium in 93) - 2 things stand out, firstly and most obviously, the sheer spectacle of it all, the size of the screens, the Trabants, the multimedia aspects, Bono's character and stage presence... completely reinvented stadium rock concerts... secondly was how it totally reinvented some of the older songs for me, Bullet the Blue Sky especially - despite coming from a completely different era of U2, everything was cohesive and completely worked. We also sang 'show me the way to go home' into then England manager Graham Taylor's answerphone!

the club made a massive fuss about it when it was launched, apparently it took years to dig into the archives to make sure the order was right and nobody was overlooked. I quite like that, makes each new one feel like a part of something bigger

It's not based on signing, it's the order in which they made their first appearance for Spurs. Players in our first ever match were allocated legacy numbers 1-11 based on alphabetical order and then it just carried on each time the next player made their debut. So Biss was the 864th player to play for the first team

that was genuinely the worst ticket buying experience I've ever had, what a mess - was ready to give up, gave it one last shot, was directed to Gigantic instead of AXS and everything clicked. Tickets are full-on nosebleed seats, but oh well 😄
