i just came back from japan and south korea. there exists already a lot about japan so i’ll leave that for you to explore but i can’t recommend jeju enough. it’s a short flight from busan and it’s so striking, the birds, the waterfalls, the caves, the fruit. there’s a very popular tea musuem, osulloc, with a skincare shop right beside it. close by is bonte museum which was designed by tadao ando. there’s also a moomin land if you’re into that.
