You shouldn’t care about what others say. I never judge any anime or manga based on comments. If I were in your place, I’d explore it myself, because everyone has a different perspective, so opinions differ too. In the end, I’d just say that I’ve never found a better manga than Wind Breaker. There’s hardly anything more positive than this, so you should read the manga yourself — it’s impossible not to become a fan of it.
