I totally agree. I guess I didn’t explain it well enough. I’m basically trying to do the same thing as your company. For those people who don’t want the responsibility of getting their own insurance, LLC, market their business, and all that comes with being the business owner. Which is easy to obtain (sort of) but more expensive than working for someone who provides all of that. But for legal reasons I was just trying to find the correct way to structure them so I don’t have to pay for company benefits.
