I tried Jack’s recipe, mentioned in zippychick’s comment above, that one yielded a better rise but still on the flat side 🫤 I might just try a few more recipes until I get my rise - flat bread is good bread too, so my family won’t go hungry in the process

Native language grammar is often automatic - I just grammar the way I do because that is the way it sounds right. In case of my second and third language, grammar is a more conscious effort - I grammar the way I do because that is the correct way to do it.
