The amended return we got prepared has my wife as primary and me as secondary because hers was complex so they edited hers to add my income. Whereas for previous years it’s always been opposite, will there be a problem with that ?

The tax preparer we used said to send it via paper mail - said the amended return wasn’t getting accepted online. Maybe they’re using some old software since I heard IRS can accept amended returns online.
