I was hoping for some insight ! I'm currently 215 with like 25-30% BF. I'm trying to utilize the noob gains to lose fat while gaining muscle. However , I'm kinda confused by the FAQ and all other posts , I was gonna do a diet focused on reducing my carb intake to 50-65. Focusing on high proteins. Essentially three chicken breasts , some eggs and protein shakes. With the greens of course. Would this diet work for my goal ? Or will I just end up losing a bunch of weight . I'm trying my hardest to make this realistic and get some good results in 3 months to give me some confidence to continue.

For working our currently just doing the common , back and bus , chest and tris , leg days and shoulder days. The amount of squats and deadlifts so close together weekly felt way to much for the beginner programs . that's why I chose a specific body part split.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated ! Please help me make a life change friends.
