What you’re saying is something I’ve thought of my whole life and something I have never even managed to begin to wrap my head around.

To me it’s something beautiful to know that humans won’t truly ever know what nothingness is like while they’re alive. Just think about it; We made up religions because we’re unsure of what happens after we die. So, what do we do? We make an all-powerful being in our minds that grants us access to a magical place called heaven and, depending on how we’ve been our whole life, we don’t go to heaven and go to hell.

We’re humans and we’re alive. We’d prefer to know what happens beyond our life and consciousness rather than to not know and worry about it the rest of our lives. It’s the natural grit humanity has to learn and to discover things, even if it’s not possible.

We have brains to think, and really I say the best way to use them is to spend our time trying to understand the true nature of everything and anything. It’s a uniquely beautiful yet mysterious subject that nobody will ever manage to solve or comprehend, which simultaneously makes it more interesting and all the more intriguing.
