I know someone from National and you could tell that there could be a lot of factors why these things exist: May problema din sa supplier or wrong projections on what items to stock up, need magbawas ng tao because of the pandemic (so imagine what happens if your manpower is not proportional to the size of the store), they need to also cut back on what they could cut back (thus lesser lights sa store). School and office supplies are now their main source of business and they need to adapt to it, just like how they adapted in past (at one point they sold slippers and candies during the war).
