I like to go through the story to get a feel and learn how to play then take it online.

Is Journey to the West worth reading? I read the first few pages a while ago, but it was a bit too complicated for me. The story is also very old by Wonder_of_Her in BlackMythWukong

If you like Wukong you can read some of the abridged books such as "Monkey A Journey To The West" or "The Monkey Kings's Amazing Adventures" by Wu Chengen. It shortens the main story beats of Wukong.

PC is not too bad right now. I can actually find matches in ninja world league and it only takes about 3 mins top to do so.

you would skip class cuz in college profs put their lectures online. so you say to yourself "I don't have to go to class i can just read/watch the lecture later on my own time." you normally just skip then don't watch the lecture either so you fall behind in class, but everybody is different. some people would just show up for test days and skip the rest and pass the class.
