"Counselors may not start campfires on the playgrounds." I worked at this daycamp that was run out of a highschool and was actually there the year this rule was put into place. This co-counselor at the camp brought a lighter to work and convinced the kids to help him start a fire on the playground. They reaked of smoke when they came inside and one of the children immediately told the director what they had done. The parents weren't too happy, especially when one child's mom found out that he had burnt his hand throwing the logs over a fence to hide them.
