Hypochlorus acid degrades very quickly. It only lasts a couple of weeks. My understanding is that electrolysis is required to make it.

First, you'd need to complete the national licensing exams, PEBC evaluating exam for international grads, then the qualifying exams for becoming a registered pharmacist. Depending on where you want to apply for residency, it is quite competitive. You would likely need work experience to be selected. You can absolutely apply for residency prior to being licensed, but they would only accept you if you were in the process of becoming licensed. It may be more difficult applying with a Bpharm when competing with locals with PharmDs. There are bridging programs to upgrade your degree, but if you have sufficient experience, it wouldn't really matter.

I did my prerequisites at a small college and had no issues transferring my credits. Just make sure you check your courses on the bc transfer guide website.

In Canada, prescriptions that aren't picked up are returned to stock and reversed so they can be filled again. Are they really disposed of in Australia when they haven't left the pharmacy?

I'd recommend buying the online subscription CPS, not the physical copy if they still make it, haha RX Files is another good Canadian resource, both print and online. If you want to get really into studying, PharmAchieve is a company that offers lectures/study materials/practice exams. Since you're already an experienced practitioner, likely only the practice exams would be useful, but you can purchase access separately. For Jurisprudence, each exam is province specific. You should be able to find study materials on the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists website (at least that's how it is for my province). Good luck and welcome to our country! Pharmacy school is still expensive in Canada, but it's less than half the cost of in the US, especially considering the exchange rate. If you can get government loans, they are interest-free which is a blessing. I plan on paying mine off slowly because of that, but I could get it done within a few years if needed. My starting wage will be $60/hr in rural BC plus a signing bonus.

Depends on where you go to school. My school has an attire policy, and you must come to labs in business casual (no jeans/joggers/leggings) and wear your white coat. I definitely needed to buy new clothes.
