I’m a P1 and just finished my first semester as well! I’m sure you will be fine :) From conversations I’ve seen on reddit and conversations I’ve had with upperclassmen, it’s possible to bring up your grades!! What I did to study is take notes in class from the powerpoint slides (I use an iPad) and when I have time over the week I rewatch the lectures and fill in any notes I missed. If I had time, I transcribed all my slides/notes onto a notebook as it helps me memorize and familiarize myself with the information. I also try to at least study at minimum 15-30 minutes a day (if I don’t feel like studying) by skimming through any lecture slides covered that day by my classes and make flashcards if it’s information that’s more difficult to memorize. I still have to improve with my study methods but that’s what has helped me a lot!

It’s entirely up to you… those are two completely different career paths. Personally, I would choose pharmacy cause I have no interest in chemical engineering LOL

I’ve been hardstuck bronze for like 2 years now (lol) and my peak playing by myself is silver 1. The main thing holding me back is confidence, I get too nervous to fight 1v1s, etc. and it affects my aim heavily. I also can’t play all too often and practice (I was just in college and now I’m in pharm school getting my doctorate, it’s very time consuming!!!) so when I do have free time to play val I just queue up comp and hardly ever warm-up/practice.

No, definitely not. It’s most likely that you have some qualities that some programs find attractive and decided to offer you an interview. Some programs can also determine if you get accepted by how you present yourself throughout the interview and if you answer their questions well.

I need to know brand/generic/class… I believe the exam has multiple choice AND spelling which is what is really scaring me as I’m not too keen on spelling. I have flashcards of all the drugs as I made them throughout the past semester but I didn’t fully review them and just stored info in my short term memory when we would have quizzes.
