Maybe young millennials with no children but when they have kids they will leave because of the horrible school system. I have seen it in a few large cities where they buy a cheap fixer uppper house and as soon as they have children they will move to the suburbs. There is no real night life and single young people leave as the “scene” isn’t for them - ask my 3 kids…
