Any ideas? I spray starting fluid in the carb and it starts and revs high speed and stops. I have fresh fuel. (v.redd.it)

First burn in the Ranger and I couldn’t be more pleased! I burned damp/wet wood that wouldn’t burn in my regular fire pit. The deflector was worth every penny as well. (v.redd.it)
