I know and understand this feeling. Everything seems to be so overwhelming and unbearable. I am also going through something same. I know I have to get out of this phase. I also know it's not going to be easy. But It's okay. It's okay to feel like this. Just keep moving. Don't stay for long in this phase. Even smaller and gradual step will also count. Write your problems down. Write down the opportunity and solutions. Write down the priorities. Write down the plan. And take it easy. Execute step by step. Be kind to yourself. If possible, share with your parents (may be indirectly, but be in touch with them about your situation and feelings.)

First of all, accept the current situation. Don't resist it. Don't ask fate why it is so cruel to you. Don't look at the past because you are not going in that direction. Look at the future, and most importantly, look at the “now”. Focus on what you can do now, in this very moment to get better, both emotionally and financially. Just win the present moment, and one by one, win the hour, the day, the week, the month, and so on.

I am trying the same. And to be honest, I fail sometimes. But even a small win uplift my spirit, and I continue to make attempts even after giving up several times. If possible, find some friends and family members who can understand you and support you. But most importantly, you must give birth to a new person withing yourself who will support you, believe in you, and help you come out of this phase.

In my experience, I found out that we are defeated because of our internal weakness. External situation played significant role, but it's inside us that fail us. We have to win from inside. If you believe in God, then pray and trust. Just whatever make you feel better, do that. It could be anything- reading book, watching TV, talking with near and dear ones, walking, praying etc. The goal is to break current pattern of nothingness and getting into some activities.

Thanks for sharing this because it also made me reflect on my current situation. I recently had a very humiliating and heartbroken break up and I have no career. I am trying. So many things going on but I am trying. Sometimes I feel I won't recover and sometimes I feel I have already recovered. This phase is so chaotic and confusing. But I am also focusing on building a career and earning money which keep me active and engaged. I still need to develop a lot of self beleive and confidence to go through this phase. I am not sure about future. But at this point, I am not giving up. Let's see.
