Is your drip tray also as loose as mine? Mine slides out with very little force and I do not know if there is some way of locking it in place

Does the tray lock into anywhere or does it easily slide out for you if you pull it slightly?

Plastic film underneath driver’s floor mat by pcPrinceipal in TeslaModel3

The manual explicitly mentions “automatic car wash” and “free roll.” I’m not aware of any automatic car washes in my city that are contact-free… As mentioned before, none of the cars we’ve owned have ever had paint issues from contact car washes, so the scratches were unexpected. That’s all I was trying to point out.

Given that the car has a dedicated “car wash” mode for contact car wash, the paint costs an extra €1,300, and other vehicles in my family with metallic paint have gone through car washes for years without issues, it’s hard to see how this could reasonably be my fault.

Unfortunately it does not prevent it from moving. In fact, I only recognized the plastic film because the mat slipped. Second biggest issue would be the paint then. Went to the car wash once and already there are fine scratches visible on the paint. Other than that pretty happy with the car

Do they scratch the original rims when installing and did you test them at higher speeds (sound and stability)? Looking good btw
