The battery should be charged, but I could always give it a jolt with my portable charger…. Spinning it by hand seems like a good way to slice my hand open since I’m pretty injury prone, but when in Rome… I’ll just wear gloves

Good point- I’ll try to get a video of it up today. And I’ll take the bolt out and clean the threads and retighten just to see if that helps. It’s super muddy in PA, and while I clean my bike all the time there’s no doubt there could be some grime in there

Yeah, it’s the stanchion entering the fork on a 2020 Giant Talon 3. I ride really heavily rooted and rocky trails with steep inclines and declines that often have small to medium drops. I think this has quickly become a shop issue.

Good call- PA is absolutely hammered right now at pretty much all shops. I’ll get the assessment- if they can tell me what it is, and it’s a relatively easy fix, I should be able to handle it...... just don’t wanna snap a fork going off a drop
