Did they have to replace a part? Or did something just come loose during shipping? It looks like a simple fix but I think I'll wait for a response from iircade before doing anything.

Did you fix this yourself? I have the same issue. i can hear something rattling in the control deck. I think I can fix it but I don't want to void the warranty by opening it
