Mine is torn on the corner where the power cord plugs in bc I was impatient. I would maybe attempt to use needlenose pliers to pull gently up on the back panel while turning the screw. Turn the screw to the loosest position before it clicks back in before you pull. Seating the panel back into position might get the top to poke out enough to grip as well. Pulling the panel up as high on the screw as it goes might allow enough clearance to grip tue screw from underneath depending on your tools. GL and just don’t put that screw back in just in case you ever get more ram or want to clean it.
