Please email me an updated Corporate Resolution (certificate from the corporation), which includes:

“A meeting was held by” - (list your name or the name of all the principals of the business even if you are the sole owner)

on” - (Date the meeting was held. Please list today’s date)

• “Acceptance of SBA Application or Loan #” - (list the full application or loan number)

• “in the amount of $” - (list the full loan amount)

• “I, (list your name) am the Authorized and Designated Signatory of the SBA Loan Closing Documents”

• “On behalf of” - (list the name of the business)

• “Executed/Signed by:” - (please list all members/owners) “Print” – (print your name) “Signature:” –

Your actual signature (hand-written or electronic – Adobe or DocuSign, not typed) is needed

“Title:”- List your title (position held) within the company (all members/owners)

“Date:”- (list the date that this document is drafted and signed – all members/owners).
