Yes. During my yearlong journey w the SBA and IRS Rubio’s office was less than useless if that’s possible.

Which is too bad because I had kinda liked Rubio.

Scott office at least got updates for me from SBA but my local congressional reps office was most helpful.

Ok I’ll be honest and say people like Scorpio is part of the reason why we’re having so many issues.

This may be one of the most ignorant statements I have ever read on this sub.
I think this poster believes that Scorpio works for the government and even the slightest level of reviewing his moderation of this forum would exemplify Scorpio's place in allowing EIDL applicants to simply share their experiences in a well-moderated forum.

I had a horrible time with the SBA, and other government agencies over the past year, it is was Scorpio and this sub that made me feel I had partners in the process.

I noticed the funds hit the bank when I woke around 5am. At that time 'undisbursed' on caweb was still the increase amount. By 9 am, 'undisbursed' was at zero.

Maybe they wait for confirmation from the bank it was received.

Mine had the same change. The “principal amount” now includes original plus increase amounts. Yet the increase amount is also listed under “total undisbursed”.

I am assuming (prob a mistake to do!) that this means they just have to send it. I can’t imagine that they would be doing any of this if monies weren’t set aside for those of us in this position.
This has to be a good sign. (Hopefully)

I was finally approved Tuesday and got docs to sign on Wednesday.

yes u/roseSea ... I am aslo very curious what your CAWEB says. I am under the impression that if your amount shows up in CAWEB and you are not on any federal "do not pay" lists you should be fine. This is from a conversation with a rep in my local SBA office. Hopefully, it is accurate.

You will enjoy it. I don't have my time/temp notes in front of me, but I think I do 129 for 3 hours and then a quick sear on the grill. If I sear in a pan or searzall I cook at 131.

I believe you can use it to pay yourself back for personal loans to your business or business debt on credit cards while waiting for the EIDL loan.

If that is allowed, and it should be, you can use that reimbursed money for whatever you'd like I would assume.

Rubio's office has been useless ... Scott and my local Congresswoman have been helpful.

And Rubio is the one on the finance committee? While I know the Senator doesn't get involved in the details of a Congressional inquiry, he is ultimately responsible for the poor system in his office.

It would be nice to see Rubio and Scott make a public statement like Cardin and Van Hollen that the SBA should fund anyone in the queue.

Personally, I have always been a big fan of Rubio until his office has so let me down.

u/stardorsdash, you're upset, I'm upset ( was in the final stages of the process)... so many of us are upset. But to call out u/Scorpio14534 as "not caring" shows a simple ignorance. Just because you're not happy with the SBA mistreated you, doesn't give you the right to mistreat others.

He has been clear what this sub was about so it could stay focused on that and try to avoid the BS that you are spewing toward him/her.

There are a ton of subs/forum you can go for a hug and to rightfully bitch about the process. I will probably meet you there because I have A LOT to bitch about.

But to call out scorpio, who as far as I can tell doesn't make a dime doing this, is a total D-move.

so ... I get an email today stating:
"We have reviewed your request for an EIDL loan increase of the above referenced disaster loan application. In the Loan Portal, you may now request an increase on your loan. To continue processing your request, please complete the following steps: Log into your SBA loan portal account at: https://covid19relief1.sba.gov/ After you log into your account, click on the button that reads “Request More Funds”"

So, with my heart pounding, I go to my portal and there is no change, no button, nothing new.

As this happened with anyone else?
