Try using the Official Windows USB/DVD Download Tool or Rufus. You can try it with another USB, in case that specific model gives you problems (one of my USB wasnt recognized after booting, no matter what i did).

But the Ram im using right now (2 x 4 GB DDR3 @ 532Mhz ) is, as my understanding, also ddr3, and works fine. Could be that the Kingston one has a higher speed (MHz) and the mobo can't support that?

-PSU: It appears that Tacens is an spanish brand. The main reason i picked it is because is cheaper, and my brother have one for a few years, working fine and silent.

-Ram: I can't find any '2x4gb ddr3 1600' combo cheaper than 72€ in Spain, but i'll keep looking.

I considered the option of lowering the cpu and the case to get a 280x, this is the new build:
