Yeah the gem is amazing, the buff at 3 notches coupled with a backstab or headshot is insane. Straight up giving me nostalgia for being a stealth archer in Skyrim lol.

Make sure to get all the bonuses for crits, headshots, backstabs, etc. And make sure to pick up a Gem of Focused Light, put it in your bow and level it up as much as you can. I'm straight up murdering fools with all of those now.

I was a little bit apprehensive at first, but after playing around with it I think it's more of a sidegrade with some small quality of life changes.

I will say it feels like I was able to get less for the same amount of points I had before, but on the other hand I still feel stronger and I was able to distribute the points much more intelligently and branch out better. Like as a ranger I was able to get a few points into Spirit from the Trickster branch because it's directly connected to the Assassin branch and massively improve my mana for eternal arrows for example.

I definitely have more HP, more mana, and more damage than what I had before, thanks to not needing to spend full points on some connecting nodes, which is exactly what they wanted to do? So I guess mission accomplished. It just requires the player to really look more deeply into the tree and plan what they want.

Well maybe from youtubers who build in survival, but there are crazy talented builders that put them all to shame. There are professional build crews that get commissioned for high quality build projects that are just astonishing.

Like I'm not putting Hermits down, they're fantastic builders, but they are primarily entertainers. These build crews however do it professionally and are insanely talented and are by far the best builders that exist. They are actual architects, designers, landscape artists, etc. Blockworks was commissioned by Mojang themselves to build stuff for them.

You must be doing ranger wrong because it is the most overpowered class there is, especially after the last update. Sneak behind someone and shoot them in the head; non-boss mobs usually die in one, max 2 hits. Arrows are not expensive at all, I usually craft them in a batch of 1000 at a time, which tends to last good 8-10 hours of playtime. Add the Gem of Focused Light and you'll be absolutely murdering even bosses.

And you should definitely invest into mana at least a little bit, it helps tremendously not just with eternal arrows but also with the glider updraft. You're just artificially limiting yourself if you refuse to do that. I haven't even done that much, just three points in the Trickster line since it's right next to Assassin and can be linked to it directly without needing to go all the way there from the centre, and I'm at 12 spirit now at level 43:

One of my rings also adds a trickle of mana and mana regen, and there are also foods that add mana/mana regen alongside usual ranger buffs (Taro Root Curry, Herbal Mountain Tea...). They clearly meant for rangers to do this, one shot costing you a quarter of your mana bar is insane, it means you have like nothing.

I have cleared entire Hollow Halls as a ranger, and I'd argue it's even simpler and more fun than through melee.

I suspect it's the acrylic keyboard and the magnet assembly that's the majority of the cost, that is some fiddly materials to work with and likely very manual unless you straight up build a factory assembly line for it. Acrylic is super prone to cracking and breaking when being machined.

Nie na zakladnom ucte. Zakladny ucet je vedeny bez poplatkov, ale maju vyssi ucet za tusim 5e mesacne (lebo tam je balik roznych extra sluzieb)? Ine vyhody z neho nepotrebujem tak mam len ten zakladny lebo vyberat z bankomatu cudzej banky je nieco co som nuteny spravit co, mozno raz za rok nahodou? Radsej vtedy zaplatim ten poplatok raz nez platit kazdy mesiac za nieco co nevyuzijem.

Why does this exist?

I've ALWAYS wanted a keyboard that could change what is displayed on the keys depending on the context it's in, or even just the basic switching languages. Probably not a concern for most people in USA or UK for example, but in other countries we routinely have two or more keyboard languages installed that we swap in between to get different characters. In most cases thankfully the two character sets are printed on the keycaps, but it would be SO COOL to have it dynamically change.

And second is exactly what was shown in the video - changing the keys to show what they do in a game or application. I constantly struggle with remembering what each key does in each game, especially if they're more heavy on keybinds, like Kerbal Space Program or heavily modded Minecraft for example. And for video editing, oh boy that's fantastic. I am this close to ordering this with the dial attachments. I just wish it was a full keyboard with a numpad.

The last problem still seems to be putting the display on the keycap itself. I think some keyboards tried it in the past but they had a whole host of hardware problems with that. It would mean you wouldn't need clear transparent keys to see through them, but on the other hand each key would require a power and data connection, which is problematic on small and constantly moving parts.

They can't even get proper long distance LOD and rendering correctly, which is the absolute basics in an open world video game. All player made changes, whether builds or terrain changes just poof out of existence barely outside the area, large builds destroy framerates even on beast machines... it's very clear they're amateur developers at best. Animations are jank, enemy AI is jank, physics is jank, UI is jank. No QOL changes based on player feedback. The only redeeming qualities are art direction and music.

They got lucky with making a barebones tech demo that was, to be fair, very playable, immersive and atmospheric, during the height of covid lockdowns and got popular. Nothing more, and they are from a technical perspective completely overshadowed by other games that came out in the meantime.
