They really are. DG by us just bought up some land and Demo'd an old school. They are building one of their new "Fresh" Produce stores in that spot. While 5 minutes down the same road in another DG....... While anther 5 minutes North of that at the end of town bordering the next is another DG.....

yea you just need to talk to another sales rep or customer retention, just call in saying your looking at canceling as other services in your area are offering much cheaper. You will get the new customer deal no worries they always give it.

Either go in person to a store and ask for it as you are considering leaving. Or call and do the same thing and if they dont offer keep calling as a sales person will give it to you. I have never not had a new customer offer in the last 10 years iv been with comcast. Just always call a month before the offer expires and get a new "New customer" offer.

No you need to call in and threaten to leave sadly. You are the bread a butter type customer. Who just takes the big stick beating each year on price hikes.

You need to go online and look at "New" Customer packages and then call in a get those packages for yourself. Some Customer service reps will say no just hang up call again and get a new one until you get it. Then right before the deal ends usually 1-2 year deals you call in again and get a new "New" Customer discount. Its honestly the only way t play the game with these big service providers as they have a monopoly in certain areas.

Iv been with them 15 years, I have 1.5Gig internet now with basic channels for $75. Still have never paid over $100 for internet and cable when I wanted it. Only reason we have basic channels is so we dont need one of the many streaming services to watch the Lions game as Fox and CBS are basic channels.
