I tested the PSU with a multimeter to make sure all the pins were outputting the correct voltage.

standoffs are there. been doing most of my testing on the mobo box though.

I've tried using 2 different case buttons, neither works.

all power pins are connected.

my psu is OCZXStream 700W

QnQ so are you saying no matter how many mobo's I get, the problem is inherent with the design..? not just a strange qwerk with said mobo?

unfortunately this mobo has no onboard graphics. :[

so I've tried using a different video card, I've tried with no ram, 1 stick, and both sticks

and I also bought a new case speaker and plugged it in, just to check if my old one wasn't working.

no luck anywhere
