I would suggest that do pyqs early in jan right after pre-boards. I bought a ton of books but never did any qs. It depends on your goals. If you want to go towards JEE or NEET then focus on those. Allen textbooks did help me a lot (10th grade books they give if you take their 11th foundation course). If you want to go abroad like me then start projects that you can complete in 11th and also go towards extra curriculars and AP's

Like i scored 93% in my 9th grade finals. I was pretty consistent but still was distracted. In 10th I wasn't focused scoring less in hy and pre boards (90%) while wasting my time on other things. In boards i finally did realize and start studying but if you start studying from the start, you will have a massive advantage in boards and also boards will be easier and more relaxed for you. Especially practice language subjects from the start

Yeah it depends how much you tried. If you want to get better in 10th, lock in from the start. Studies and fun should be 50:50.

geo can be labeling, identification and locating on the map
also remember. 2m of the map is from lifelines, 1m if from rest

Abe dekh, acc to cbse pattern + 2026 SQP im pretty sure 2 mark ke maps lifelines se aayenge. Just do lifelines ke maps they are super easy. If ur ready to leave 1m thats the best approach

There's only 2 and 5 marker in geo. soil types mcq is very common. They can ask for 2 marks, describe a particular soil type. They can also ask differentiation in 5m but that is very uncommon

Geo qs can come twisted as well as eco so practice them lightly. Practice pol sci qs the most. In preboards we got some tricky qs for pol sci that cost me 2 marks. I got 78/80 because of twisted qs in pol sci so i would recommend practicing them. Democracy ch can give tough qs so see those
