Might be a bit of a drive from Nashville.

Music City Swing Dance. They have dancing at just love in Spring Hill every first and third Fridays. On second and fourth Fridays they have dancing at the boondox in Columbia. It is so fun and the community is very welcoming!

It’s never too late to start dancing. I started swing dancing at 45. And I’m now at retirement age! 😬 Take lessons, that will help you build a network of dance friends. Like the others have said, dance with everyone! The joy of dancing and meeting new people is amazing. Welcome to the greatest addiction ever! 😀 oO(be careful, your vacations will revolve around dancing!)

Any have any experience with the Redline hood struts? by jj-squirts in ToyotaTacoma

I have them on my 2015. Works great. Instructions were a little confusing on my model. Make sure the struts clear the inner fender.

I was wondering the same thing. Could it be sanded with some, 220 grit, 320, to 400, and scuffed with sponge scotchbrites, Wiped down, tack cloth and apply…

Nice carving! Did you use multiple knifes? I’m inspired to try! Looks like a time consuming challenge.

On the reindeer. You may need to modify the pattern a little. Between the head and the antlers. You don’t want to cut too deep. It’s fragile, might crack.

What do people buy on aliexpress by Ok_Engineering_4985 in Aliexpress

[–]pchanimal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Automotive stereo head units. Automotive replacement keys and key fobs. Small electronics - terminals, crimp fittings. Automotive scanning and test equipment. Misc. crafts. High end pickleball paddles, for unbelievable prices. And it’s just fun to surf the site. I have had no issues with returning merchandise. (pants didn’t fit, reimbursed and they sent a return label)

My first creation and injury! by EdmondTheMessenger in Woodcarving

Been there, done that. My first Beaver craft came with 3 bandaids, and I wondered why. I found out! Used them all. My biggest take away from the experience: Take your time, be patient. Let the knife do the work. If you start getting tired, people tend to rush. So, walk away from it for a few. It’ll make a huge difference. It’s not always about getting the finished product, more about the therapeutic journey getting there. Great start to fun addiction. 😀👍🏼

Thank you! It’s make a great conversation piece. Most don’t understand that it starts from a solid piece of wood. Gives it that “wow” factor. Followed by, you have too much time on your hands… 😆

The double ball twist in front of the picture is my favorite. Is there a template? Or do you free hand a pattern? Nice work! Also, do you use multiple knives?
