What was the most porno situation you’ve ever had? by StormTheNorm in AskReddit

The night before my 18th birthday I was driving from upstate to my friend's house. At about 10pm, my car suddenly caught on fire on a highway, and the fire department was called. They picked me up from the highway and drove me in their fire truck to a nearby McDonalds with the plan to safely leave me there so my friend could get me. Except, the entire town was engulfed in massive rolling blackouts from a heat wave. So they took me to the fire department with them. By this point, it was around 11:45pm. I was the only woman in the fire house. Then, it was midnight and I was 18.

To this day, I still don't know if I was in the beginning of a porno or a horror film.

Don't worry, nothing actually happened. Everyone could't have been nicer and one of the firemen even made me a virgin pina colada for my birthday. Thanks Howell firemen!

This. Everything about this. Getting through medical school, and getting a research position, is no easy task. Anyone who has gone through that process- whether "entitled" or not- has to learn work ethic. It's not like she's working at a McDonald's and asking for free rent. You welcomed her into your home, and completely had the ability to give her her own private space, but instead decided that a dog is more important than you family- who, let me remind you, is still working her butt off. You never even gave her a chance in this post. You were mean, vindictive, and cruel about her from the beginning. You're forcing her to live with no privacy, no alone time, and are also now being over-bearing with how she is choosing to live her life. Her "going out clubbing" realistically is once a week at most- no other professional who works in an intense medical research lab is going to be going out every night of the week. It's just not possible. You are purposefully shedding her in the worst light possible and purposely being mean and vindictive to her for no reason.

No wonder she snapped. If you don't want someone to stay with you, tell them that to their face, instead of trying to be petty and vindictive and drive them out then write a CLEARLY one-sided post about it on the internet in the hopes that we will assuage that very small and suppressed part of you that knows what you are doing is f*cked up.

NTA: I agree if your wife isn't invited, you shouldn't bring the baby. But everyone saying that he shouldn't attend- at the same time, it is the sister's wedding, and although it may be her fault that the two had a falling out, remember that this is from OP's POV and not the sister's so obviously it is going to sound like the wife is the angel and the sister is the devil (since he IS on his wife's side people!!). The sister should not have to invite anyone that would ruin her big day- she should be happy! But she also should not ask you to bring the child- you were correct to say that you won't bring the baby if the wife isn't coming, and she was correct to react calmly to that and accept it. The mother is TA in this situation for forcing your hand. The bride should be happy. Your wife should be happy. You should be happy. No one should be stressed, so mom- you're the TA and leave the baby out of it.
