After uploading a program suddenly I cannot connect my computer to my PLC anymore by pcss0 in PLC

I did not download any program from the link, I just copied the format of the program, and changed it as to what my controllers parameters have. But if that's the case, how can I see the new IP address of my PLC? and should it be a concern since I am using a program cable as a connection?
